Earliest expiry first
Batches are issued by nearest expiry date, and expired stock cannot be sold.
The public price ceiling
A sale above the public price registered with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) is refused at the till.
The prescription number
A prescription number is required for prescription and controlled items.
GS1 DataMatrix scanning
Reads the 2D code and fills GTIN, expiry, batch and serial. A 2D imager scanner is required.
RSD notifications
RSD notifications are prepared per pack for sales, sale cancellations and returns, with one status screen.
Compliant with e-invoicing, Phase 2
For simplified tax invoices and credit notes (B2C): signing, a QR code and reporting to the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), retried automatically when the internet drops.
Selling does not wait for the internet
Each PC keeps its own local database. Sales are recorded, invoices signed and RSD notices queued offline, then sent later. A periodic connection is still needed for ZATCA reporting, RSD and licence renewal.
Many branches, one central server
A central server installed at your premises receives branch sales and passes item data down from the main branch.
Double entry, VAT and payroll
Automatic double entry
Every sale, return, purchase, voucher, expense and stock adjustment writes its own journal entry. Financial screens available today: profit and loss, customer balances, supplier balances, safes and vouchers.
Payroll with GOSI and end of service
A payroll batch is drafted, approved and paid; GOSI follows each employee category, with a monthly end-of-service provision under Article 84 of the Labor Law.
VAT per line
Standard, zero-rated or exempt, computed after the invoice discount is spread, with the same value in the sale, the journal and the e-invoice.
Language, printing, backups and updates
